On 13 April, 2026 AIUB Computer Club (ACC) successfully organized GITAI Campusverse an insightful and engaging tech session at D Building, Multipurpose Hall featuring multiple distinguished speakers, each addressing cutting-edge topics ranging from cloud infrastructure to AI-powered development tools.
The session commenced with Zaynul Abedin Miah, CNCF Ambassador, Cloud Native Dhaka and Md. Al-Amin Talukdar, Engineering Manager, Cantaloupe who delivered a comprehensive discussion on modern cloud architecture. Their session covered key concepts including Provisioning, Runtime environments, Orchestration & Management, Application Definition & Deployment, Observability & Analysis and Platform structuring. They also emphasized the importance of shared profiles and collaborative environments for efficient development workflows.
Following them, Md Musfikur Rahman Sifar, Cloud & Infrastructure Practitioner introduced participants to Infrastructure as Code (IaC), explaining the concept of LAC and demonstrating practical use cases such as AWS S3 bucket creation using Terraform. He highlighted why Terraform is essential in modern DevOps practices and provided a clear roadmap on how beginners can start learning Terraform effectively.
The session continued with Debjoty Mitra, Co-founder & CTO who explored the rapidly evolving world of AI-assisted development. He presented on GitHub Copilot CLI and the concept of Vibe Coding, showcasing how developers can enhance productivity using features like Slash Commands, Context awareness and Parallel Copilot capabilities.
Next, MD Shahriyar Al Mustakim Mitul, Founder, DevChangeMakers Community delivered an exciting segment focused on practical AI applications. His session included insights into tools such as Think-Stitch and Gemini, along with hands-on workflows involving AI Studio and Antigravity for building intelligent applications. He further demonstrated deployment strategies using Google Cloud Run. A key highlight was his breakdown of “The Anatomy of a Powerful Prompt”, guiding participants on craftingeffective prompts for AI systems. He also inspired attendees through the vision of “Dev Changemakers: Build with AI 2026”, followed by a live project demonstration using Antigravity.
Abhijit Bhowmik, Associate Professor & Special Assistant of Office of Student Affairs (OSA), Department of Computer Science presented a token of appreciation to the speakers. To conclude the session on an engaging note, a Copilot Subscription Giveaway (1 Year) was announced by the speakers, alongside interactive quizzes where participants had the opportunity to win exciting prizes.
