On 3rd November 2019, AIUB Computer Club (ACC) organized a workshop on Academic Writing: A Compulsory Skill For The Future at American International University-Bangladesh. The purpose of the workshop was to inform the participants regarding the importance of Academic Writing style. The workshop was conducted by Md. Nashif Iftekhar, Teaching Assistant, AIUB, and Assistant General Secretary, AIUB Computer Club (ACC). He discussed a broad perspective regarding Report Writing, Application Writing and Research Paper Writing. He also pointed out the key to be successful in academic writing style along with the commonly made mistakes by the students. He later gave the participants the necessary tools and resources to help them to polish their academic writing skills.
The workshop was concluded with a question and answer session and a photo session with the participants. AIUB Computer Club (ACC) would like to thank the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) for the support to organize the workshop.
